What do you mean by coliving?

Coliving exists in several forms all over the world where people live together. At Lucky Paradise this means that people come to stay temporarily to live, work, and meet others. Because we mostly offer private rooms, Nine offers a combination of privacy and community.

Why are you based in Palma Nova, at the south-west of the capital Palma de Mallorca?

We love the capital Palma de Mallorca but it’s quiet nosy all year long, and the beach is not the best place to be on the Island! For Lucky Paradise we wanted to choose the perfect work environment for our guests, and also the perfect location not far from an amazing beach to ensure being disconnected after-work and raise your productivity. That is why we decided to choose Palma Nova city, which is located in the Mallorca natural environment, next to the beach and the mountains, not far away from the capital, and also offers a social and nightlife environment all-over the year!

Car rental.

Renting cars has never been as easy as in Mallorca Island. If you’re not a very experienced driver, consider getting an automatic vehicle, since there are plenty of curvy roads in the mountains once you get out of the city. We have 2-3 places available in our private parking if you want to park your care inside! Tips: compare online car rentals on Mallorca and double-check the reviews for the one you want to book. We advise you to take travel insurance that covers car rentals so that you don’t have to pay the additional costs at the rental agency.

Can I get food at Lucky Paradise?

We can’t offer food and beverage in our services as it’s forbidden if you don’t have the proper license on Mallorca Island, but we do a weekly lunch out of the coliving and a local breakfast where we shared all expenses with our guests. We do organize family dinners and on Saturday or Sunday, we host the rooftop BBQ. The communal kitchen is fully equipped can be used by everyone. A few minutes walk from Lucky Paradise Coliving you find a big supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants.

What activities do you offer and which are included?

At Lucky Paradise we try to organize activities to bond with other guests, explore the island or just have some fun together. Some activities are for free, like daily morning or sunset meditation, fitness, our Sunday bbq and hikes to the beach. For others you have to pay, like excursions, breakfast and family dinners. Some are organized by us, others by a third party. We also invite guests to organize activities and events and are willing to help where possible. Do you have a more serious idea, like hosting a workshop or class, please contact us so we can help you.

What currency do they use in Mallorca?

What’s the weather like in Mallorca?

Mallorca has good weather year-round, with around 300 days of sunshine per year. Palma the capital also has been mentioned as “one of the Best Places to Live in the World”, according to the Sunday Times. It considers Palma de Mallorca like that because “it has everything”. The newspaper highlighted the “exceptional climate” and cultural weight of the old town of “one of the most picturesque Spanish” with beaches in urban surroundings.

In winter temperatures during the day vary around 18 degrees and in summer from 24 to 30 degrees. The biggest difference is the cooler nights in the winter, where you definitely need a good hoody at night.

What’s the internet like at Lucky Paradise?

Well of course we made sure that is the absolute best. We have fast wifi and wifi extenders, and we also have a second line for backup. So no worries.

Do I need a car?

A car can definitely be nice on the Island if you want to go to exclusive and non-accessible beaches or mountains but you can also do without. The south side of the island has an excellent bus system and taxis are not expensive. We have different bus lines located just next to Lucky Paradise coliving!
